Residential Cooling Preventive Maintenance Check Includes:

Check thermostat (replace batteries if needed, extra charge)
Check Air filter type and condition (replace if needed, extra charge)
Check attic for duct condition
Check metering device type
Check outdoor electrical connections
Check condenser start/run capacitors (bench and load test)
Check contactor condition and continuity
Check for visual signs of refrigerant leaks
Start system, check starting amps and refrigerant pressures, run system for 10-15 mins. before testing
Check subcooling
Check compressor superheat
Check amps and refrigerant pressures
Check indoor temperature split (supply and return air differential)
Check condenser coil cleanliness (rinse if needed, need water source)
